Food was delicious and nicely priced. Waitress was excellent. Felt bad for her because she was the only waitress, busting her butt and place was HOT. Owner put a/c down but didn't cool off (fix a/c)

Had dinner at Paisanos for the first time. Great place! Hard to see from the road. Once you enter it feels like you are in Italy. The owner Bill greets you and you feel like you are in his home. The food was amazing. You can bring your own wine and beer. The waitress Samantha was very attentive and took good care of us. Try this place you will be so pleased.

What a wonderful quiet little place for excellent pasta! We have been there 3 times in one week. The stuffed shells are the best I have ever had.The sauce is so delicious and not too acidic like most places! The owner Bill is a delight and loves cooking for his customers and Debbie is a real joy to have as a server! We absolutely LOVE this gem in Surfside!

This restaurant is amazing! Tucked away on Business 17 in Surfside and absolutely wonderful! The decor is charming and cozy. You feel transported to Italy and Bill, the owner, is authentic and friendly. He makes you feel like family. Terry, the waitress, will make you feel at home and be at your beck and call. So glad I found this gem and enjoyed a meal that was out of this world!

We decided to meet here for a big family dinner...party of 10 on a holiday weekend...and we're glad they were able to accommodate us. They were short staffed, with only one server handling all tables, but he was definitely hustling and trying his best. It took a while to get our order in, but once we did, the food and drinks came out fairly quickly. Most importantly, the food was delicious! We came here for "authentic Italian food" as described on the website, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The complimentary bread is delicious, and the side salads were also very good with the homemade Italian dressing. I ordered the Mediterranean (vegetarian) pasta for my main dish, and it was fantastic. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would recommend it...just remember they don't serve alcohol (but you can bring your own).

Excellent, authentic little Italian restaurant. The 1st time I dined in. My waiter was very attentive. The lasagna was excellent and the wine was a good size. Pour. The owner very nice and friendly came over and talked to me. Very welcoming. The bread was hot and fresh and the salad dressing was excellent. The salad was very simple but very delicious. The 2nd time I had chicken parmesan to go and it was just as good. You drive by and almost miss the place, but it's well worth the trip!

A hidden gem! Needs more advertising as it's not really noticeable from the road. But the atmosphere made us feel we were in Italy. Bill, the owner, was our personal waiter and server. He was very pleasant. The food was great! I had the lasagna, which was quite the portion. The bread was fresh and HOT!! The pricing was fair. Had no room for desert, sorry. Definitely recommend this place. We'll be back!
